BlueOptima is a self-funded Tech Scale-up built on transparency, collaboration and accountability. We provide organisations with an objective, data driven insight into developer efficiency and how we operate internally is a direct reflection of this.

Our Product
BlueOptima provides industry-leading objective metrics in software development using our proprietary Coding Effort Analytics; enabling Fortune 500 organisations to deliver better software, faster and more efficiently. Our technology is deployed by global enterprises to drive value from their software development activities, where we are working with C-Level Executives of 12 of the Fortune 50 Companies, 4 of the top 10 largest banks by Market capitalisation and 6 of the S&P 50 Companies (by revenue).
We currently are located in 4 countries: London (our HQ), Mexico, India and the US. A total number of 210+ employees (and increasing every day) from +34 different nationalities and with over 25 languages spoken.
What would you be doing?
Our role allows you to immerse yourself in every aspect of supporting a data driven customer success organisation and enable them with the right tools, processes and methods to succeed. Your role will revolve around:
First of all, you come with hands-on experience in advising changes with authority within the Sales or Customer Success or Marketing scope. Additionally, you’ve worked within Revenue Operations or enablement.
Furthermore, you’ll need:
