Blueprint Management is excited to be growing our team by adding an Administrative Manager. We are in need of an organized self motivated individual with strong skills including but not limited to Project Management, Customer Service and Team Work. We are a process driven company that is quickly making a positive name for ourselves across Northern Alberta. Our ideal candidate will continue to help us build on our company policies and procedures and provide leadership to the administrative team.
Successful Candidate Will be Responsible for:
– Property Assistants and administrative staff as direct reports.
– Liaison between Board members, contractors and internal management.
– Assist with the creation and implementation of work instructions, company policies and procedures related to the administrative department.
– Conduct internal meetings with staff.
– Assisting with onboarding new properties.
– Handling emergency situations during regular hours.
– Perform administrative duties which include but are not limited to taking minutes, maintaining and updating software platform and answering calls when the administration team is busy.
– Other various tasks as necessary to maintain operations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
