Blueprint Creative Group Hiring for Federal – Training & Development Manager at Remote Full Time

SUMMARY

Blueprint Creative Group seeks an experienced training and development program manager with significant experience designing, development and overseeing a range of training and development programs across the Federal government.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work with a variety of internal stakeholders to analyze and determine training priorities and participate in training developing and delivering activities.
• Support development of training products, participate in training product development sessions, instruct training classes, and understand the training ADDIE process concepts.
• Conduct needs analysis to identify organizational skills gap and provide and develop plans that assist employees with career pathing.
• Develop action plans to close the human performance gaps and drive execution leading to positive impact on business results.
• Participate substantially in course development or modification efforts.
• Develop and oversee in conducting various learning events and employee training opportunities for professional enhancement, leadership development, technical development, Management and Leadership Skills, Performance Management, and training on federal and state employment laws (ADA, FMLA), etc
• Design and roll-out curriculum in various settings including e-learning, virtual learning and in-person facilitation
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training modules, workshops, etc and make changes as needed to improve future results

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of experience in areas that include developing user guides, developing training materials, classroom instruction, developing SOPs, or other training documents.
• Bachelors degree; Masters degree preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 – $130,000.00 per year
