Blueprint Education is hiring an Advisor to assist in our sales, enrollment, and student support process. This is a full-time position, working remotely in the United States, west coast, or mountain time preferred. The role will report to the Associate Director of Student Success. Blueprint is available to our students Monday-Sunday from 6:00 am to 6:30 pm PST. Must be available to work weekends on a set schedule.

The Advisor is the main contact for our prospective pre-law, pre-med, nursing, and medical students. You will help learners select the best test prep option to fit their unique goals as they navigate their journey. This is a sales-driven role with a strong service component. Your success will be measured based on new enrollment growth and overall student satisfaction, with the opportunity to earn a bonus on these metrics.

What You’ll Do

• Counsel learners via phone, email, and live chat, as they navigate the entrance exam and admissions processes.
• Engage leads gathered from our marketing channels to explain our products and help learners enroll in a program that fits their goals
• Field calls from our inbound sales phone line and speaks with potential customers to provide advice and make sales
• Make outbound calls to target leads/territory to potential customers to provide advice and convert sales
• Track leads, customer interactions, and sales, and connect with other members of our Student Success Team to ensure customer care.
• Provide onboarding and ongoing customer service support and technical support for our students currently enrolled in our programs.
• Achieve monthly enrollment goals, retention targets, and other service metrics: including first response time, interactions, high customer satisfaction score, and any additional goals set.

Who You Are

• Get-it-done demeanor befitting a role with numerous and shifting responsibilities
• You excel at communication – asking the right questions to understand a customer’s needs while conveying value in our products to them
• Close attention to detail in written communication
• Bachelor’s degree and 1+ year work experience in customer service.
• A passion for both customer care and closing sales – all day, every day
• Strong interpersonal skills, maturity and good judgment, and ability to communicate with a diverse range of individuals
• Comfortable working under pressure and balancing multiple channels of communication simultaneously
• Able to think critically and creatively and make decisions to tackle a wide range of sophisticated customer issues
• Flexible and reliable teammate
• Prior experience in the test prep or tutoring industry is a plus but not required
• Prior working knowledge of the LSAT/MCAT/USMLE/COMLEX is also a huge plus, but not required
