We are currently looking for an outgoing Salon/Spa assistant manager with passion & experience in the beauty industry.

Responsibilities

Your role would involve front desk management, assisting our team of stylists & aestheticians, and working on social media content & marketing

Your day would involve:

• Greeting customers/scheduling & checking out clients
• Creating Social Media Content, Client Newsletters, and Marketing Promos
• Assisting Stylists & Aestheticians (sweeping, cleaning color bowls, laundry, and other duties as needed)
• Assist the owner in overall management of store operations.
• Maintaining inventory levels for both retail, back-bar, and salon/spa supplies.
• Perform front end duties such as handling the cash register, bagging, replenishing merchandise, and preparing displays.
• Organize and maintain a clean store.
• Maintain the front desk staff schedule.
• Assist with other projects as needed.

Experience

• Previous salon/spa experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication skills
• Team work oriented mindset with a “can do” attitude
• Self-starter, self-motivated
• Ability to work at a sustained, fast pace
• Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills

Hours needed:

• Monday 9:45-5:00
• Tues-Thur 9:45-4:00
• Friday 9:45-5

Must be a TEAM player, self-motivated and proficient with social media!
