Market Strategy Coordinator.

As a Market Strategy Coordinator, you will be responsible of steers the collaboration-based BMW Group entities through regular CEO calls/workshops, creating and maintaining the communication market strategy, BSC management and digitalization for entire LATAM. In addition, you will support all stakeholders steering towards target achievement.

Responsibilities.

• Develops content and ensures management buy-in implementation of the LATAM Strategy.
• Prepare and support to all regionalization organizational challenges.
• Support team with corporate governance, policies, procedures as well as overall business transformation.
• Decide over team communication strategy and implement aligned to BMW standards.
• Responsible for planning & controlling the area budget on LATAM Level.
• Support, moderate & ensure follow up on all BMW Group Management.
• Technically leads the team by supporting or approving corporate policies, leading processes changes, supporting business transformation and corporate governance.
• Define LATAM strategy to prepare the organization for changing market environment.
• Steers the collaboration of all LATAM based BMW Group entities through regular CEO calls/workshops.

Qualifications and experience.

• Bachelor’s degree on Administration, Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering or related field.
• Business Administration Master is preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in corporate or sales strategy, Product Management, Controlling, Finance, Process Management or as Strategy Consultant.
• Experience in automotive industry (preferable).
• Customer service skills (active listening, problem solving and ethics).
• Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Word and Excel).
• Fluent in English language.
