Overall Job Purpose
BNPP Dublin Operations department consists of 5 inter-related departments. These are Operations Support, SCM Operations, Banking & Loan Operations, Markets Middle Office and Client Administration.
Within the SCM Operations teams, there are 3 separate teams to manage the Operations and risk. These are Supply Chain Funding, Supply Chain Settlements and SCM Control.
The Client Admin Officer reports to the Head of Client Admin. Responsible to maintain the Client Account Records, providing a/c opening & closing Services for the Clients, ensuring that regulatory requirements are adhered to and that Data Integrity/completeness is controlled.
The role includes Account opening/administration, mandates, stock reconciliation ensuring valid KYC in place for all client Accounts. Correctness of RM allocation. Data Integrity including Regulatory reporting, RMPM, CRDS, Fatca, AEOI – being the SPOC for the different departments depending on Client Account Information. Timely closure of inactive accounts in collaboration with Business Line.
Roles & Responsibilities
Main responsibilities are:
Client Referentials;
Assurance of Consistency of Client Data across the different Data Referential Systems including the following BNPP systems – GCARs, RMPM, Atlas2, RM Allocation.
Supervision of associated processes, defining & following Remediation action-plans.
Fitax submissions for FATCA and CRDS
Account Maintenance;
OMC (Open, Modify, Closure) of Client Accounts in Accounts repository (Atlas2).
Monitoring Dormant a/cs with the business, ensuring timely closure of accounts no longer required.
Mandates Maintenance;
Maintaining the Client A/cs Mandates within shared folders & referential system (Sign+).
Liaising with client where support needed.
Screening the signatories and Hits management in accordance with Group Policy.
Validation of client mandate queries/ signat for electronic and paper mandates
Reporting Control;
Perform monthly reconciliations against Atlas2 and the KYC data base to ensure all accounts have valid KYC records and that the risk rating is in line.
Submit the weekly report “ISBAR”
Feed into the monthly CCSC report
Permanent Control;
Contribution to overall Permanent Control framework, through developing appropriate procedures and controls for the above activities,
Development and evolution of the Client Admin Control book,
Ensuring all Department Procedures & Controls are up to date within the Portal.
