VIE Human Resources Recruitment and Projects Analyst – DUBLIN, M/F
Your daily routine?
As a VIE within the Human Resources Department of BNP Paribas you will be supporting our busy team with recruitment co-ordination and transversal project management across the employment lifecycle.
Some of the projects could include upgrading our SharePoint site to make it more user friendly, helping the migration of our recruitment system onto a new platform, and helping with the HR implementation of a new regulatory framework for Ireland.
For recruitment co-ordination, you will support the managers and our HR Business Partners with the end-to-end recruitment process.
Our team is small and dynamic, however, so you will see a spectrum of HR topics.

Currently a team of 7 HR experts, the human resources team within BNP Paribas Ireland manages all HR topics within the employment lifecycle for the approximately 450 staff within the business.
Our team is friendly and collaborative, and always looking for a way to optimize processes and add value to the business. We have a great relationship with our stakeholders, and we’re looking for a proactive and passionate VIE to join our team to help us continue to provide an excellent service.
It is a great environment to learn – our business and HR team carry lots of experience and are very friendly; but it is a busy environment, so you would be willing to help out on any topic and be passionate to get involved.
The business have a thriving social calendar also, and there are regular events (both educational and afterwork) organised by the Bank’s various committees (Sports and Social,PRIDE, Parents and Carers, Mix City etc)
Our lovely office is based in the South of Dublin and is very modern. It is very accessible to the city centre by tram.

This role will really enable you to build great experience within HR in an international organization. We have a lucky combination of being a small team, giving you exposure to different aspects of HR, whilst getting experience within a large multinational company. Because of our working style in Ireland, we are not hierarchical, so you would have the opportunity to network with senior management from day 1!

Are you our next Human Resources Recruitment and Projects Analyst?
You have a master’s degree with a specialization in Human Resources.
You have gained a first experience (internships and work-study program included) in this field and in particular within an investment bank.
You demonstrate some ability to collaborate and to communicate and to explain change. Your rigor as well as your organizational skills and your ability to adapt will be assets to progress on this mission.
You speak fluent English and have a very good command of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Your starting date and contract duration?
ASAP for a period of 24 months.
