We have a fantastic opportunity for experienced, customer-focused individuals to join our team at BNZ Warkworth. Our Bankers are passionate about helping our customers, whether they’ve forgotten their pin, can’t access online banking or need advice to help them be better with money. You’ll spend time with each customer on the phone, helping to solve their reason for calling.

Our teams are highly diverse and come from a wide range of backgrounds including retail, hospitality, financial services and more, but what connects us is our passion for delivering exceptional customer service. If you put customers first, we know you’ll thrive at BNZ.

This is a part time role where you’ll work a fortnightly roster – Week 1: Mon, Wed, Friday 8.30am to 5pm and Week 2: Mon, Tue, Wed, Fri 8.30am to 5pm.

• Helping customers to be good with their money by having meaningful conversations so that they can take advantage of all that BNZ has to offer.
• Helping customers with their day-to-day banking, using BNZ’s digital channels and smart ATM’s.
• Working with a collaborative, ambitious team and inspiring leaders who are all truly committed to helping New Zealanders be good with money.
