Te Kaiurungi | About the Role

The Programme Administrator is responsible for providing programme support by undertaking a wide range of administrative, logistical, analytical, and organisational duties to help drive productivity and effectiveness of the Programme while also supporting the Head of Delivery with programme governance, reporting and risk management.

Day to day responsibilities include:

• Driving the regular cadence and completion of reporting (multiple), and ensuring deadlines are met.
• Forum meeting packs and minutes.
• Co-ordination of programme risk, issue, dependencies and assumptions and scheduling updates.
• Resource on-boarding, set up and off-boarding.
• Financial administration – raising, receipting and reconciliation of purchase orders, invoices and SOW co-ordination

As the Programme administrator, you will be an extremely organised individual who has proven experience working under pressure and can switch easily from one task to another, and at times manage multiple tasks and competing priorities. Knowledge and understanding of professional project management disciplines, methodology and tools would also be beneficial.

Key to success in this role will be the ability to foster a spirit of creative, joint problem solving and ownership among team members, while maintaining open and continual engagement and communication with all programme members and stakeholders.

As a proactive team player, you will be able to work autonomously in a fast paced environment. You will bring outstanding communication and stakeholder management experience with the ability to build strong relationships.
