This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Product Manager – eCommerce Enablement. In this role you will ensure our solutions meet the needs of our Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) customer segments and large individual customers. These include but are not limited to options into solutions to promote growth and retention across business customer segments.

We sat down with our Head of Merchant Product and Solutions, who let us know the following about the role:

What projects / work will the candidate be working on now and into the next year?

This role will entail researching and identifying solutions and services that will remove waste and provide value to our customers and colleagues.

What is you management style like?

I like to macro manage, allowing a hands-off approach. To ensure each individual is supported and successful; we set and agree the objective and timeframe upfront, and then I support where needed to empower my team to deliver to the agreed objective / timelines.

What attributes will this person display in order to be successful in this role?

To fit well into the team we are looking for an individual who is customer and colleague focused, motivated, success driven and have the ability to work well in a team environment.

• 3+ years of managing payment products and or payment relationships
• Familiar with NZ compliance, code, and data management requirements
• Strong track record in stakeholder engagement and management
• Advanced skills in analysis, business case development, report writing and presentation development
