Te Kaiurungi | About the Role

As a Team Member in our Cards and Merchant’s Fulfilment team, you will support the business by attending to a range of tasks to ensure that a high quality of service is achieved for BNZ’s customers. Processing allocated work within Operations Wellington efficiently and accurately to meet service standards, you will maintain awareness and comply with all aspects of policy and procedure to ensure customer needs are met.

This opportunity also enables you to :

• Identify opportunities to improve processes, procedures and own performance
• Achieve the accuracy and productivity measures set for the role

Ō Pūkenga | About You

To be successful in this role you will take pride in the quality of work you produce, deliver a high level of customer service and demonstrate an effective communication style. Accuracy is a must in this team, along with an eye for detail, ability to meet strict deadlines and prioritising workloads. Experience working with our BNZ systems is preferred.
