Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role of a Store Manager at BOARDERTOWN LIMITED located in Queenstown. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing store operations, developing and implementing store policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations, hiring and training staff to provide excellent customer service, managing inventory, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase sales, reduce retail loss, and maintain a safe and secure work environment.

• Store Management experience
• Retail Loss Prevention knowledge and skills
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Knowledge of retail management software applications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management or related field
• Experience in the outdoor retail industry or related field would be beneficial
