Position Description: The Boeing Global Services is seeking an Associate Provisioning Specialist in Hazelwood, MO.

This position will be supporting USN/Weapons programs and include direct engagement with many key sustainment programs. As a member of the team, you will directly contribute to the analysis of engineering data, top-down break down of provisioned items and utilize knowledge of aircraft parts, components and maintenance data. Provisioning provides the customer with the analytical decisions that enable the identification of affordable inventory requirements. Provisioning has impact on several supportability efforts which must be in place upon delivery of the aircraft as well as life cycle demands.

This position allows telecommuting. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options (Hazelwood, MO, USA/Saint Charles, MO, USA.)

Position Responsibilities:
Some of the job responsibilities/ duties include (but not limited to):

Develops, collects and stores provisioning data elements for a single customer and contract type within the SLIC database.

Leads Support Equipment and/or Retrofit provisioning activities

Reviews engineering source data and develops parts breakdown levels.

Reviews equipment usage data.

Determines replacement parts.

Assists in establishing stocking requirements.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience):
Experience gathering, preparing and analyzing technical data for the development of support products including logistics engineering, logistics support analysis, technical publication, support equipment, spares, provisioning, field services, maintenance, etc., supporting product life cycle

3+ years of experience in leading and partnering with cross-functional teams

3+ year of work experience with Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Preferred Qualifications/Desired Skills (Desired Skills/Experience):

Associate’s, Bachelor’s or equivalent work related experience.

Experience working in a structured logistics database such as SLICWave

Knowledge of aircraft and aircraft systems.

Familiarity with Aircraft Support Equipment.

Experience with engineering/technical drawings, blue prints and schematics.

Knowledge of and experience with Program Management Best Practices

Typical Education/Experience: Bachelor’s and typically 6 or more years’ related work experience, a Master’s degree and typically 4 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Shift: This position is for 1st Shift.
