Our Dishwashers have an important role in the smooth running of our restaurants, contributing to a well-run kitchen. This role follows high standards of cleanliness, attention to detail, and sanitation.

Primary responsibilities include:

• keeping the kitchen stocked with clean cooking equipment, china, glassware and silver
• maintaining cleanliness in all assigned areas through daily and weekly tasks to include various kitchen and cleaning equipment, floors, interior and exterior waste areas
• removal of various types of waste
• performing kitchen prep tasks
• other support duties as assigned
