Your New Role: This successful, long-sanding Portland company is looking for an Administrative Assistant to oversee the front office and support and service their clients and manufacturers. If you have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, in addition to outstanding organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making aptitude, this role might be for you!

You’ll be a trusted resource in an environment known for collaboration, hard work, and autonomy. Day-to-day, your responsibilities will include answering and making calls, creating quotes for stock orders, confirming purchase orders with customers, processing mail and outgoing shipments, and keeping up to date on the events calendar. You’ll be exposed to numerous opportunities and play a vital role in coordinating various critical functions to meet the company’s expectations and objectives. There is also opportunity for growth.
