The Role

We are looking for a result-driven Manager to be responsible for our Queenstown boutique. As a BONZ Store Manager, you will lead and support all activities that allow us to achieve our business objectives. We will expect you to be a dynamic and inspiring leader with a customer-centric focus.

You will be responsible for

• Meeting sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff
• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service
• Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
• Maintaining outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
• Reporting to directors on buying trends, customer needs, profits etc.
• Conducting sales staff performance appraisals to assess training requirements
• Dealing with all issues that arise from staff or customers – complaints, grievances etc.
• Being the shining example of quality behaviour and high-performance
• Embody the BONZ company culture and drive this into all staff in the store.

Preferred Skills and experience

• Previous experience managing a retail sales team, preferably with luxury products
• Proven team leadership skills
• Organized, with an attention to detail and a passion for sales
• Strong people management skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• High standards of personal grooming
