We’re looking for a passionate and driven influencer admin assistant to join our LA team

What you’ll be doing

• Manage own roster of gifting FOC Influencers
• Research new Influencers to gift on a daily basis. Nurturing and building direct relationships with influencers within the USA
• Support Senior Influencer team on placing daily influencer orders
• Support the team with all campaign gifting / social initiatives
• Host regular showroom appointments along with supporting senior level team members on their appointments
• Support Showroom Coordinator when necessary to help upkeep the showroom including merchandising new collections
• Update the Influencer support doc with confirmed coverage
• Assist the team on wider events, Influencer campaign launches, trips, dinners

• Proactively working on any product pushes which are sent from the buying team
