To support Booksy’s future success in UK and Republic of Ireland, we are currently looking for:

Field Sales Team Leader – Dublin

Base Salary + market leading commission structure.

Salary is €34,800 plus €4872 yearly car allowance totalling €39,672 per annum as a base with a realistic view to comfortably double the base salary in commission/bonus.

Reporting to the Head of Sales you will build on our success by leading our sales delivery across Dublin. As well as managing a small team of Field Sales Consultants you’ll also have your own targets so you’ll love the product and explain to the clients how they can benefit from our booking and business management solution.

We will provide full training on both our product and process.

Responsibilities

• Managing a Field Sales team
• Business prospecting
• Qualifying leads
• Meeting with new customers
• Pipeline management
• Customer evaluation and procurement
• Closing sales; agreeing price plans and payments
• Sales process management
• Be responsible and accountable for meeting targets
• Representing the company at trade exhibitions

Skills required:

• Team management experience
• Used to managing a fast paced sales cycle
• The ability to consistently over achieve against targets
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills
• Outstanding communication and people skills
• Confidence, motivation and determination
• Proactive social media use
• Good organisational and time management skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to develop in-depth knowledge about products and markets

Desirable:

• Existing relationships with UK/IE accounts in the health, hair and beauty industry
• Has interest in mobile apps and software desirable
• SaaS sales experience is an advantage but not a must
