Bootleggers Lodge is offering full and part time opportunities seven days a week. Our menu will include dinner and weekend brunches. We offer competitive wages and opportunities to grow your skills in the restaurant.

Open positions include wait staff, bartenders, hosts, cooks, dishwashers, bussers, maintenance/janitorial.

DISHWASHERS

Hiring hardworking dishwashers to wash, sanitize, and organize food production and service ware

Job Duties:

• Operate chemical sanitizing dish machine to clean soiled dishware
• Stock service stations with plates, drinkware, and silverware
• Organize clean dishes in designated areas
• Maintain clean work area and machine
• Sweep, mop, and remove garbage from station at end of shift
• Be courteous, welcoming, and respectful to guests
• Always maintain personal hygiene and uniform
• Practice the highest standard of food safety and customer service

Ideal Applicants Will:

• Be available for weekend shifts
• Uphold food safety and sanitation practices
• Assist other positions when needed
• Be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Enjoy being creative with drinks and ingredients
• Maintain clean uniforms and personal hygiene
• Take initiative to be a team player
• Seek to be a positive representation of our business
• Not consume drugs or alcohol before or during their shift

All above positions are entitled to our 6 Month Bonus Incentive Program*:
200$ after first 60 days
300$ after second 60 days
300$ after third 60 days of service

*Must work a minimum of 3 shifts weekly to be subject to above program

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $12.00 – $15.00 per hour
