Proposed Job Order Boral Stone Products, 1370 Grand Avenue, Suite B, San Marcos, CA 92078, 760-763-3232 is seeking 23 temporary full-time Assemblers and Fabricators to work at our plant at 1200 Industry Street, Everett, WA 98203 from 10/01/2021 to 12/31/2021 to Assemble wooden and metal mold frames from pre-cut wood and metal pieces by using power and hand tools such as welder, grinder, hammer and pneumatic fasteners. Lift and transport frame to inventory storage. Must be able to lift and carry 50lbs for 50 yds, work in temperature extremes with high noise levels, prolonged standing, bend & twist, traverse production area, ascend or descend stairs or ladders, follow safety standards and wear protective equipment and work in fast-paced, dusty manufacturing environment. No prior education or experience required. On the job training will be provided. Daily transportation to and from the worksite will be provided. $19.26/hr. Sunday-Saturday 5:00 am – 1:30 pm. Up to 10 hours overtime may be available but is not guaranteed. Applicants may be offered higher than advertised wage rate due to experience or merit. $28.89/hr. for overtime. All deductions from the worker’s paycheck will be made as required by law. The employer will use a single workweek as its standard for computing wages and pay bi-weekly by check. Employees who elect to live in Employer-provided housing will have an additional $300.00 deducted per bi-weekly paycheck for rent and utilities. In the first workweek, the cost of transportation (including meals and to the extent necessary, lodging) from the place of recruitment to the place of work will be directly reimbursed to every worker. Return transportation will be provided if the worker completes the employment period or is dismissed early by the employer. In the first workweek, daily subsistence for travel to the place of employment will be reimbursed at a rate of at least $13.17/day to a maximum of $55.00/day with receipts. Also, workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (except passport fees). The employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job.
