• You are the Dremel Ambassador as well as Business Partner for all marketing and sales functions across the country
• You are responsible for the customer P+L and have full KPI responsibility for the country
• You develop, implement and coordinate the retail marketing strategy (marketing calendar and activities) with the aim to develop and increase brand visibility, harmonized pricing, promotion as well as assortment strategy and POS brand appearance
• You, together with the KAM’s, are responsible for strategic retail marketing activities at all key accounts (online/offline) in alignment with Marketing Excellence Team and Product Purpose Teams.
• You are responsible for local forecasting ensuring good supply of goods towards the customer.
• You manage your Communication Budget in collaboration with Marketing Excellence Team, Product Purpose Teams and KAMs
• You pro-actively seek and approach new opportunities for sales growth
• You contribute to the Local Marketing Intelligence – competition, retail and user trends & user shopping behavior.

• You have a bachelor degree in business administration or marketing
• You have a proven track record and several years of experience in marketing and or sales
• You are a connector, enabling multiple direct links between several disciplines
• You are a good communicator and have very strong negotiation skills
• You work structured and are able to steer agencies
• You have a flexible and pro-active mindset and a convincing personality
• You are a natural leader, self-starter and you like to be part of a team
• You are fluent in Spanish and English
