searching for an Engineering Systems Supervisor to join their team
maintenance team. This supervisor leads and provides technical direction
to a group of machine maintenance technicians. They work to deliver 24/7
uninterrupted plant operation through the repair and maintenance of
equipment while also contributing to the technical responsibilities and
project work of the department. Key Responsibilities Complies with
requirements of ISO 14001 and BSC Environmental, Health and Safety
standards and follow procedures and instructions related to these
standards. Provides guidance, training and motivation for the staff.
Ensures planned periodic maintenance is performed on time. Applies
functional technical knowledge to assist staff with projects.
Facilitates the resolution of organizational and technical issues.
Ensures that departmental policies and procedures are followed and are
in compliance with corporate policies, procedures, and tools. Assists
manager in establishing department goals. Assists manager with
implementing and completing continuous improvement projects. Assists
manager in resource planning and assignments to achieve project
objectives. Represents the Machine Maintenance function in audits.
Develops and promotes cross-functional team relationships. Assists staff
in achieving performance, training, and career objectives. Assures that
project roles and responsibilities are defined and communicated. Manages
project scope changes and schedule adherence. Foster a diverse workplace

pursuit of organizational objectives. What We’re Looking For: Required
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree 3+ years of machine maintenance
experience in a production environment Strong communication skills with
the ability to communicate at various levels of the organization
Experience with Microsoft suite products Ability to supervise and lead a
team of maintenance technicians Preferred Qualifications Past
