We are looking for a bright, and talented Accounting Clerk/Administrative Assistant to join our team.
Position Summary:
Under limited direction, performs accounts payable functions and administrative tasks to ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of the office. Tasks include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities. This is an on-site position in our Billerica, MA offices.

Qualifications:
· Proficiency in MS Office and Microsoft Excel
· Must be organized and detail oriented
· Strong problem-solving skills
· Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
· Managing files and records along with other office procedures and terminology
