Bosun Solutions Hiring for Remote Bookkeeper at Remote Full Time

Help with the following:

  • QBO (strong experience)
  • Reconcile books starting with 2022, then 2023
  • Categorize QBO
  • 1 LLC (2 others but wants to focus on this one first)
  • 3 bank accounts

    • 1 for transactions w/debit card
    • 1 for deposits
    • 1 for payroll and AP
  • 1 on payroll
  • Monthly account reconciliation
  • Monthly P&L
  • Invoicing/bill payment
  • Assistance with tax prep eventually
  • Needs bookkeeper to help with monthly analysis of spend/trends/profitability/cash positioning
  • Will eventually need help with 2018-2021 but that is not her priority today
