- Welcoming and directing patients
- Overseeing daily schedules and appointments
- Maintaining files and managing computer software
- Maintain compliance with company policies
- Insurance claim submission
- Managing phone calls, emails, letters, packages, and other forms of correspondence
- Support bookeeping and budgeting procedures
- Supporting other team members
- Organize company events and meetings
- Track and replace office supplies
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 – $22.00 per hour
