Bounds Trucking Hiring for Driver Recruiter at Faison, NC Full Time

Bounds Trucking, LLC is hiring for the position of a Driver Recruiter. This full time position involves advertising for new drivers and communicating to them the benefits of working with Bounds Trucking, as well as helping them through the onboarding process. This requires being an effective communicator with excellent conversation skills. A good candidate will be highly motivated and comfortable with a fast-paced, high pressure work environment.

Job Functions:

• Coordinating various types of advertising
• Fielding phone calls from potential hires
• Answering industry and job specific questions
• Guiding applicants through the onboarding process
• Coordinating with internal departments
• Evaluating applicants based on qualifications

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year
