Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Operations Manager role located in Auckland. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing staff, ensuring quality control, optimizing processes, and maintaining inventory levels. Additionally, the Operations Manager will be in charge of implementing procedures to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.

You will also help build our new stores, and have an active role in decision making.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and management skills
• Experience in operations management and process optimization
• Knowledge of inventory management and quality control practices
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in the food industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
