BPI Minerals Hiring for Remote Administrative Assistant at Pennsylvania Full Time

We are actively seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Administrative Assistant to oversee our remote employee program. This is an exciting opportunity to help us hone in our remote working environment, champion company culture, and have an active hand in taking our employee experience programs to the next level.

This role will report directly to our People Operations Manager and, and be the first point of contact for employees and a critical member of the team. You will focus on ensuring a positive employee experience by owning aspects of onboarding/offboarding, culture, office management, and event planning, as well as assisting with a myriad of other people operations programs and initiatives.
Responsibilities
While our needs are constantly changing, this is the baseline of what you will do:

• Maintain a productive work environment for the remote workforce team
• Be an enthusiastic teammate who is willing to take on anything from small internal administrative tasks to high-profile requests and is able to manage tasks independently.
• Organizing, tracking, and maintaining licensing programs
• Be an Advocate and Promoter of Company Culture and Diversity.
• Provide assistance with executing and clerical duties with claims, and maintaining virtual mail services
• Be the company’s influential face for all virtual events; trivia, happy hour, discussions space, and other virtual events
• Travel support (researching flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and business meals)
• Handle all things SWAG, employee gifts, and company milestone acknowledgments perks
