Coordinating and supporting in the delivery processes of BPP’s of the coaching professional programme

The post holder will support the operational and administrative requirements in line with the Coaching professional programme cycle. This includes, but not limited to, pre-entry, induction, on-programme, end point assessment and post-programme stages.

What you’ll be doing

Pre-entry:

• Ensuring learner folders are available in the correct location for coaches to access and update in collaboration with Onboarding
• Ensuring that all necessary pre-course learner communications are timely
• Supporting the administration and communication of groupings and allocation of coach mentors

Induction:

• Co-ordinating learner / line manager inductions and ensuring that LM recordings are made available to internal stakeholders for wider distribution
• Setting up of folders on SharePoint, in line with standard format; uploading relevant learner documents to evidence FDOL and compliance requirements.

On-Programme:

• Supporting Operations as first point of contact, when an observer cannot make a session, to help find a replacement within the Coach Mentor community.
• Supporting the administration of LNAs, BiLs and non-engaged learners in collaboration with Coach Mentors
• Supporting with learner folder audits and to manage programme master audit schedule, including OTLAs
• Supporting with updating Management Information requirements (GT, PowerBi, Hub and PICS)

End Point Assessment (EPA):

• Supporting the co-ordination and uploading of documentation required by the EPAO
• Supporting the co-ordination of re-sit requests, ensuring appropriate authorisations are received and BPP re-charge team updated
• Managing the learner completion process, supporting overdue learners in collaboration with the Performance Manager and the Coach Mentors

External provision and EMCC Professional Accreditation

• Supporting the co-ordination of activities and events which support the external CPD calendar
• Maintaining accurate records of learner completion and notification of recommendation for EMCC accreditation in a timely manner

• Excellent communication and time management skills

• Experience within the Apprenticeship/ Education sector
• Experience working in a compliance driven environment
• The ability to redesign processes due to growth or decline in volume of workload to ensure operational efficiency
• The ability to balance compliance and regulation with commercial awareness
• Project management skills
• Experience of using SharePoint / One Drive
