Delivering an outstanding coaching experience to all Apprentices within the School of Technology.

This is a key role, which includes direct line management and development of the coaches. There will be a strong emphasis on performance management, which will also include some sampling activity to ensure we are aligned to Ofsted and following the ESFA funding rules. The primary objectives of the Performance Manager through performance management is to ensure positive learner outcomes and learner progression is on track as well as ensuring the coaches are fulfilling their responsibilities as a coach.
