At Bracken Recruitment we are working with our client, an Irish Software Development company based in Dublin City Centre to recruit a Business Analyst.

They are looking for someone that understands clients’ business processes and provides them with the best possible solutions, due to ongoing expansion of the business.

Responsibilities:

– You would be working closely with clients to design and deliver appropriate and ground-breaking business solutions

– You would be working closely with the development teams within the product development lifecycle from taking detailed requirements all the way to providing support for implementations

– Liaising daily with customer counterparts

– Providing industry expertise and advice to clients along with best business solutions for them

– Assisting in implementations and training where necessary

Experience:

– Bachelor’s Degree in Business Analysis or similar

– Strong Excel skills are a must

– 3-4 years’ experience in a business analyst role is preferred

– Good knowledge of business analysis and project management processes and methodologies

– Customer-facing skills are a must
