We are currently seeking one qualified candidate for a position as a Medical Records Nurse

Job Duties:

• Preparing resident charts and gathering information and documents
• Ensuring that the medical records are organized, accurate and complete
• Creating digital copies of paperwork and storing the records electronically
• Filing the paperwork and reports of residents quickly and accurately
• Safeguarding resident records and ensuring that everyone complies with the HIPAA standards
• Transferring data into the facility’s main system database
• Enter orders on residents admitting

This position is a member of the Department Management Team and will be on call one day per week. You will also be a hall manager and round several times daily on your assigned hall to ensure quality of care. You may also serve on various Interdisciplinary Teams.

Communication and cooperation between our nurses and all other disciplines is the foundation of quality care at our facility.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $27.00 – $29.00 per hour
