Brainbaby Inc Hiring for Social Media Manager at Remote Full Time

We are seeking a Social Media Manager with an intimate understanding of the US social media market and our target demo of 18-30yr old Gen Z / Young Millennials to join a fun and dynamic team.

We are a dating entity & TV / media production company with a young, fun, irreverent, comedic brand position (think tik-tok) – an understanding of our target demo and experience messaging through social media with this tone is essential.

Your responsibilities will include devising a coherent, cross-platform social media strategy, viewing and curating our best dating video content for use across multiple social media platforms, and packaging content for use within our own in-app ‘discovery feed’.

The following are ESSENTIAL requirements:

• US-based (LA based is preferable)

• Track record managing social media accounts across all mainstream platforms, especially directed at our target demo
• Affinity with our brand position

• Ability to devise and schedule coherent, integrated multi-platform strategies

• Understanding of social media analytics

• Proven ability to grow a follower base

• Comedic creative sense and copyrighting skills, especially for the 18-30 demos

• Basic editing skills

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $52,000.00 per year

• Monday to Friday
