Brampton Care Home Hiring for Staff Nurse Job at Galway , Ireland Full Time

The Staff Nurse will assess, plan, implement and evaluate care to the highest professional and ethical standards within Brampton Care Home. The successful candidate will provide person centred care, promoting optimum independence and enhancing the quality of life for our residents. Brampton will be expanding into complex and rehabilitation care such as acquired brain injury and high dependency care.

Duties & Responsibilities;

• To ensure the delivery of the highest standards of nursing and social care which meets the needs of each resident
• Care planning and provision of care to residents; medication management, infection prevention and control
• Undertaking regular audits and ensuring effective feedback and action plans are undertaken and reviewed
• Ensures that complaints are appropriately documented and followed up as required.

Skills, Attributes, Qualifications:

• Registered NMBI with active PIN
• Nursing Qualification
• Excellent communication skills
