Branded Hospitality Ventures (www.brandedstrategic.com) is looking for a full-time executive assistant. The role will work closely with the Managing Partners to provide support as it relates to scheduling, communication, organizing, reporting and other tasks. The position will also provide administrative support to the marketing and investment team as needed in order to keep the team organized. The role requires someone with strong organizational skills. Someone who handles pressure well, is innovative and wants to be challenged as well as grow within the company will thrive in this role!
Who is the ideal candidate: We are looking for a “unicorn” to join our team. This is an entry level/first or second job position. The ideal candidate is a Gen Z/Zoomer with the work ethic, drive and motivation as a GenXer. What does this mean? The ideal candidate will have a can-do attitude, know that there is no job too big or small, and be willing to understand how starting at the bottom actually holds the key to the top. You may be new to the workforce, but you have no problem picking up the phone and talking to a CEO like it’s no sweat. You must be tech savvy and have general working knowledge of the restaurant or food service industries. You will have an entrepreneurial spirit.
What is the position: This is an Executive Assistant Role, but really – the title should be “swiss army knife”. The role is multi-faceted. The person hired for this role will wear many hats and assist on all aspects of the business. Daily projects and responsibilities will include anything from general business/company support, which includes, but not limited to:
· Extensive scheduling and calendar management, confirming appointments and reschedule as necessary
· Keeping the managers up to date and informed of their priorities and meetings
· Communicate effectively and respectfully on behalf of the Managing Partners
· Prepare managing partners for meetings, both on and off site,
· Managing the CRM
· Industry research, reporting, & target list building
· Office administration duties
· Managing mailing of gifts

Know every single person important to the business, inside and out (remember that scene in The Devil Wears Prada where Anne Hathaway must know the name of every guest at the event? While you are most definitely not an abused assistant, you will be able to know the whos-who if the industry and recall them by name).

What is the company: We are an investment company, founded by restaurant operators and venture capitalists, deploying capital into early stage Hospitality Technology Start-Ups.
