Brattleboro Ford is currently hiring for an Accounting Assistant/Title Clerk position. Previous automotive accounting experience is preferred and previous experience as a title clerk is required.
Responsibilities:
- Track Used car titles and resolve all title issues
- Process and submit VT registrations
- Responsible for submitting documents for other out of state registrations
- Reconcile factory incentives monthly
- Assist in reconciling of additional schedules
- Archive filing of deals and any paperwork associated with the deal
- Breaking down of deals.
- Process lien payoffs
- Process any and all customer aftermarket product.
- Process warranty cancellations
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
