Braum’s Hiring for Receptionist at Oklahoma City, OK Full Time
Overview:
Braum’s has an immediate opening for a receptionist. This position will be responsible for greeting clients and visitors entering our office. You will be in charge of giving clients directions to various parts of the office, contacting employees regarding visitors, answering phones and redirecting calls, and sorting and distributing mail. This position will also be trained to assist other departments with scanning when time allows. The hours will be Monday-Friday from 7:45 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. Pay is $15/hour.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to type at least 33 words per minute
- Good communication/phone skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Must be a self-starter
