Braver Angels Hiring for Part Time Administrative Assistant/Field Operations Job at Remote Full Time

Braver Angels is currently hiring for a Part Time Administrative Assistant for the Field Operations Team.

This part time position will provide administrative support to the Field Operations team, to include

• Ensuring the Monday night Field Calls are advertised, broadcast, and documented in a comprehensive manner

• Organize multi-member meetings for Chair of the Field Team

• Onboard new field leaders

• Maintain Field Leader Website

• Special projects at direction of Chair and Field Operations Team

Qualifications

A successful candidate will be:

• Well organized.

• Able to work some evenings and weekends and support team operations in various time zones-EST, PCT,MTN

• Detail oriented.

• Exhibit good people skills.

• Good computer skills and access to a reliable internet connection.

• Ability to respond to shifting priorities.

• Familiarity with reading spreadsheets (Excel and/or Google Forms)

A successful candidate will be willing to learn the following, if necessary:

• Working knowledge of Google productivity platform, including Google Drive is a plus.

Location, Reporting and Hours

• Work schedule is up to 20 hours per week

• Work location is flexible – remote work environment is assumed.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 – $18.00 per hour
