Job Duties:

Scheduling Dentist and Dental Hygienist

Answering phones with a smile and friendly communication (Willing to go over phone training)

Looking up dental benefit information

Sending out to dental benefit companies for payment

Collection payments (Credit cards, checks, cash or care credit)

Good email skills and fast typing

Checking patients in before appointments

Scheduling patients for next appointments

Giving patients estimates for treatment plans.

Able to work Monday, Wednesdays 8AM- Last patient (5:30 normally sometimes later), Tuesdays, Thursdays 8-5:30 or 7AM-4:30PM

Reliable transportation to work

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $27.00 per hour
