Job Description

· Answer and respond to telephone calls proficiently

· Maintain a professional reception area

· Greet and welcome visitors to the company

· Receive and sort daily mail

· Assist in miscellaneous administrative work

The Successful Candidate

· Passionate about customer service with excellent communication skills

· Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

· Good computer knowledge

· Is efficient with administrative tasks

· Has good phone etiquette
