Administration
This job family coordinates, integrates and administers a range of diverse administrative or staff functions. Areas of responsibility include delivering secretarial, administrative and related support services to the organization; managing reception, greeting guests/visitors, issuing security passes, receiving and relaying telephone messages from internal and external sources; providing office mailroom support; operating and managing organization’s transportation and conveyance services; managing, planning, repairing and maintaining the organization’s facilities and assets; maintaining buildings, facilities, and grounds in clean/hygienic condition; ensuring safety and security of the organization’s employees, clients, visitors and property; and managing the operations of the library network and associated services.
General Secretarial Support work is focused on supporting individuals, small teams or departments (vs. the entire office) including:
Document editing, proofing, formatting, and production
Data entry and paper/electronic document filing/archiving
Scheduling/coordinating meetings, diaries, and travel arrangements
Receiving/relaying telephone messages from internal and external sources May supervise processes and teams across the following areas:

Executive Secretarial Support An Experienced Para-Professional (S2) requires basic knowledge of job procedures and tools obtained through work experience and may require vocational or technical education. May require the following proficiency:
Works under moderate supervision.
Problems are typically of a routine nature, but may at times require interpretation or deviation from standard procedures. Communicates information that requires some explanation or interpretation.
Typically requires a minimum of 1-2 years of related experience
