About the role/ this opportunity:
This is an opportunity for a graduate, from a Marketing/HR degree, with exceptional people skills, an interest in talent attraction and social media/employment branding expertise to join a large retail and customer focused business and kick start your career, with access to great leaders and personal growth. You will have the ability to create content to tell the business story and target the right talent into the right roles, working to support leaders with their recruitment needs, through various marketing channels and campaigns, and supporting the process from sourcing strategies to on-boarding. As an absolute ambassador for the brand, your week will include everything from creating content and adverts, taking job briefs from hiring managers, screening and speaking to potential new employees and arranging interviews through to liaising with your counterparts in Australia on innovating new ways of working and creating new career pathways.
