We are looking for Remote Customer Service Representatives for our client. These individuals will be trained to take inbound calls and respond to clients via email to insure customer satisfaction.
Pay: 20.00 /hr
Shifts Option 1:Monday – Friday 9am – 6pm or 10am – 7pm Required to work every 3rd weekend both Saturday and Sunday 8am – 5pm
Shift Option 2: Thursday – Monday 9am – 6pm
Fully Remote (only required to go to office in Richardson, TX to pickup equipment)
Equipment provided.
Training: 2 weeks
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Positive and professional demeanor
Good computer skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
