BrightStar Care of Naples & Ft. Myers Hiring for Patient Ambassador at Naples, FL Full Time

BrightStar Care is a In Home Care Agency serving Collier and Lee Counties. We are looking for a depedable, patient and compassionate person to join our team in the role of Patient Ambassador.

The main purpose of this position is focus on patient experience and satisfaction. We want to ensure all our patients are receiving the higher standard of in home care we are committed to providing.

Job Description:

• Visiting 3 Patients per day in their home or care setting (visits are grouped by location/area)
• Must have reliable transportation and Mileage will be reimbursed weekly
• Making Unannounced Visits / Pop Up Visits
• Customer Satisfaction Calls & Follow Up
• Create Personal Activity and Event Calendars for Patients and thier Care Team
• Create Personal Meal Plans for Patients
• Patient Birthday Visits
• Manage our Purposeful Engagements program
• Work with Patients and Care Team Members to ensure compatibility and success
• Participating in Interviews & Orientation to build rapport with Caregivers
• After Hours On Call Rotation – answering phones and handling matters that arise after business hours (1 weekend per month & additional pay)

Position Requirements:

• Reliable Transportation
• Proficient with Computers and Microsoft Office products
• Proficient with Emailing
• Excellent Customer Service Skills
• Excellent Written and Verbal Communication
• Healthcare Education or Prior Work experience
• Customer Service Experience

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $20.00 – $23.00 per hour, plus Quarterly Bonus

Schedule:

• Monday Through Friday 8:30am-5:00pm

Work Location:

• Our office is located in Bonita Springs but this position will have you traveling daily to visit clients in their home or care setting. Visits are grouped by location/area. Visits location/areas are broken into 5 areas:
• 1. East & South Naples
• 2. Naples & North Naples
• 3. Bonita Springs & Estero
• 4. Ft Myers
• 5. Cape Coral/N. Ft Myers
