Based at our Rotorua site we are searching for a dedicated, enthusiastic and committed Loss Prevention professional to assist us in making our business both more secure and more profitable. This is a busy role so the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment is a must. Key responsibilities will include:

• Driving the store stockloss reduction programme
• Maintain effective processes to prevent/deter internal theft
• Develop an effective LP program to prevent and detect customer theft
• Maintain effective building security
• Health & Safety processes

Skills and Experience:

To be successful in this role you’ll bring:

• Experience in a retail environment
• Security background/knowledge
• A team player; working with members of staff and management to further reduce loss
• To be driven and motivated to achieve
• To be a customer service SUPERSTAR, you will appreciate the importance we place on our customers
• A can-do / will-do attitude
• To be able to work without supervision
• An understanding of what it means to be flexible in a retail environment
