Brompton Bicycle Hiring for Social Media Freelancer at Remote Full Time

The Role

• Develop and own US social strategy to build brand awareness and support product launches, using Brompton social playbook as a starting point and working with global Social Media Manager
• Manage day to day activation of US social platforms to increase visibility and engagement with Brompton with target audiences across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok.
• Respond to comments and messages within social platforms in real-time. Go through backlog of comments/messages to reengage users with the brand.
• Source and curate content from brand assets and UGC. Brief need for additional content using supporting monthly content budget.
• Use social listening tools to identify, connect & coordinate w/ influencers/ambassadors for exposure and content.
• Advise best practice for content creation to take advantage of social platform algorithms to increase visibility and improve SEO.
• Owned accounts: @bromptonusa on instagram/facebook/tiktok and @bromptonjunctionny on Instagram/facebook. Potential future store account in LA (@bromptonjunctionla) Contribute to @bromptonbicycle on YouTube.
• Report on progress against targets and support with outlining KPIs and input to cadence of monthly meetings / Board / management reports.
• Meeting cadence 2x weekly to start, moving to 1x weekly thereafter.

Pay: $3,000.00 – $3,500.00 per month
