JOB SUMMARY

Brookdale Welcome Ambassador – responsible for greeting and appropriately directing visitors, answering incoming calls, providing access to the campus and notifying staff of visitors.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact with colleagues and patients in a professional manner.
• Minimum of 1 year office or administrative experience (strongly desired)
• Demonstrated computer proficiency (Microsoft Office 365)
• Exceptional telephone communication skills

SALARY RANGE (depending upon experience): $14 – $15 per hour
