Title: Data Product Analyst

Duration: Long Term Contract

Pay: $50-$60/hour DOE

Overview

Our Fortune 75 MSO Client is in need of a Data Product Analyst to join a the digital platform insights team to support all features on their internal agent-facing portal. This role includes working with fullstack teams to manage business processes, systems, tools, analysis, and reporting that optimize business functions to meet organizational goals and initiatives. You will be responsible for providing valuable business insights regarding specific objectives for your team members, leaders, and executives in an effort to optimize their productivity and enable them to better serve our customers. The Data Analyst plays a critical role in establishing operational excellence and making important business decisions for the team and organization. You will have the opportunity to design data-driven experiments within an A/B testing framework, and build tags to optimize the features within this platform.

Qualifications

A successful candidate must be able to work directly with data coming from multiple disparate systems. You should be passionate about your work, detail-oriented, analytical, and have excellent problem-solving abilities. You must be experienced at working with large data sets and the technical tools needed to work with them. You will have superb communication and customer-relationship skills, outstanding analytic insight, and be a passionate advocate for your customers to other internal parties.

Responsibilities/Day To Day

• Codifying business requirements into technical tagging requirements
• Performing ad-hoc data pulls using both proprietary and public technologies
• Supporting data strategy for experimentation
• Triaging issues associated with data on the platforms
• Providing training on data and our internal data solution to stakeholders
• Defining and tracking new metrics to help gauge app health and user experience
