Bubble and Shine Hiring for Virtual Operator of Cleaning Company at Nashville, TN Full Time
Hello, Bubble and Shine is looking for a self motivated individual to carry on a diversity of roles within the company.
Requirement:
-Phone availability 8-5 M-F, more if needed
-Wifi 8-5 M-F, more if needed
-Laptop/computer access 8-5 M-F, more if needed
-Mandatory Training. Unpaid. Takes 3 days.
Structure of the Company:
The job will primarily be remote. You may need to conduct interviews for new cleaning hires, which can be done over the phone, or FaceTime, but often more effective in person.
There will be multiple phases of the position. From training($), to startup($$), to flourishing($$$) and delegating($$$$).
Tasks will include:
-hiring, onboarding, maintaining employees
-marketing, daily, weekly, monthly and expanding goals.
-signing up new customers, maintaining clients, follow up with leads
-Daily task list completion. Tracking weekly, monthly, etc progress.
-Budget analysis, track employee spending. Handle accounts
-Preferred: virtual assistant, or remote work previously held
-Preferred: Customer Service (3 years)
-This position requires you to have a 1099
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $30,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
